Amaranth Lifting and Firming Serum with Bakuchiol and Vitamin C

Amaranth oil contains easily assimilable protein, rich in exogenous amino acids,
linoleic acid and squalene, as well as vitamins from group B, vitamin E and A. It moisturises, regenerates, smooths and soothes the skin, and regulates the production of sebum.

Bakuchiol is a natural alternative to retinol, it reduces the visibility of fine wrinkles,
strengthens the walls of blood vessels and improves skin texture.

Rosehip oil contains beneficial vitamins: C, A, B1, B2, E and K. It has toning, firming, revitalising, strengthening and brightening properties.

Stable vitamin C helps reduce discolouration, evens skin tone and stimulates
collagen production.

Vitamin E inhibits the aging process, protects against dryness and loss of elasticity.

Application: apply to cleansed skin of the face, neck and shoulders. Perform a stimulating massage with your fingers, gua sha stone or roller. Adjust the amount of oil to the type of massage.

MASSAGE
Massaging is not only a pleasure! Regular massages will make your skin smooth and beautifully brightened.
A simple and gentle massage using your own hands:
1. Apply a few drops of Amaranth massage oil or other favourite oil to the washed and dried skin of the face, neck and shoulders.
2. With circular movements, gently massage the skin of the neckline from the centre
towards the shoulders. First on one side, then on the other.
3. Stroke the sides of the neck moving from collarbones to chin. Avoid the centre
because of the thyroid gland located there.
4. Massage your chin from the centre towards the ears.
5. Massage the area around the lips in a circular motion, first in one direction, then in the other. Don’t forget about your lips, play with them, squeeze them with your index finger and thumb, stretch them. See how good it feels!
6. With your whole hands, stroke your cheeks from the nose to the ears.
7. Starting from the inner corner of the eye, moving towards the eyebrows, stroke the muscles around the eyes several times.
8. You can massage your forehead with your fingertips or your whole hands. Work your way from the eyebrows to the hairline.
Massage the cleansed skin. It is best to do this every day. You don’t have time for a daily massage? Replace it with a longer one once a week, but in this case repeat each movement
at least 15 times
