HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept cash on delivery as well as all major credit cards via our payment partners, done through their secure servers.

WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP?

We ship within the State of Qatar.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE DELIVERY?

We offer express delivery. Cost of the delivery is fixed for all the areas of Qatar and is as follows: 20 QAR.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders placed online before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day in the area of Doha. Orders with delivery address outside Doha will be picked up by Qatar Post and processed then shipped the following business day.

Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered the following business days.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Currently we do not offer refunds nor returns of ordered products. While we ensure our products authenticity, we strongly recommend to do the due-diligence in product research before purchasing them.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If there are any problems with missing or damaged items, you must contact us immediately - you can find the contact details in the CONTACT tab. To ensure that this problem is resolved as quickly as possible, please provide photos of the damaged product.
